How to find the driver upon arrival?
The driver will be holding a board with your name and surname. In the unlikely event of you not being able to locate driver, please contact us on 00351 912 038 646 (line open 24/7). The driver will assist you with carrying the luggage you bring with you.
What if my flight does not arrive in time?
If your flight is delayed there is no need to worry. We always confirm flights directly with Faro Airport and will meet you when you arrive regardless of the time you arrive at no extra cost.
Do you have seats for babies/children?
Yes, we do and, again, at no extra cost. Please let us know if you require this at the time of booking. Children’/babies’ seats are subject to availability.
I want to book a taxi for my return trip. What shall I do?
You can book you return trip at any time by sending us an online message (see below) or by calling/texting our phone nr 00351 912 038 646 (24hrs).
Will I be sharing a vehicle with other people?
No, unless you invite them.
